Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and problem solving.
• Interest in electrics or mechanical work.
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence.
• Physically able to lift and move appliances.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to diagnose and repair appliances.
• Drive a company van to appointments and manage stock of tools/spares.
• Provide excellent customer service on every call.
• Promote Hotpoint products and services during visits.
