Job summary

Hotpoint in the UK is offering a trainee Field Service Engineer program designed to train you from scratch. You'll visit customers' homes to diagnose and repair appliances, travel in a company van, and provide friendly, practical service.

The training journey includes induction, shadowing, hands-on learning, and a clear path to a permanent role within 12 months. No prior field engineering experience is required, just enthusiasm, a full UK driving licence, and a readiness to learn.

Qualifications

• Passionate about customer service.
• Interested in electrics, mechanics, or hands-on problem-solving.
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence.
• Physically fit - able to move and lift appliances.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• No previous field engineering experience is required - just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!

Responsibilities

• Drive your own Hotpoint van to customer appointments and diagnose/repair appliances.
• Provide top-notch customer service during visits.
• Manage tools and spare parts stock on the road.
• Promote Hotpoint products and services to customers.
• Support a positive, professional image of Hotpoint at all times.
