Job summary

Hotpoint is offering a trainee field service engineer role across the UK. You will visit customers’ homes to diagnose and repair appliances, starting with a comprehensive training journey that blends classroom learning, shadowing, and hands-on experiences.

From day one you’ll be in a field engineering environment, driving a company van, delivering great customer service, and building practical skills to progress into a permanent role within 12 months. A competitive package is provided.

Qualifications

• Passionate about customer service
• Interested in electrics, mechanics, or hands-on problem-solving
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence
• Physically fit and able to move and lift appliances
• Eligible to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes to diagnose and repair appliances
• Drive a Hotpoint van to appointments
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage tools and spare parts stock
• Promote Hotpoint products
