Dexters in London is seeking a dynamic Trainee Estate Agent who thrives on people, relationships, and success. You will be trained from day one to excel in sales and lettings with an uncapped commission structure designed to reward high achievers.

Join our busy, professional yet fun team and enjoy rapid progression within the property industry. A driving licence is required, and no prior estate agency experience is necessary as full training is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords.
• Qualify buyers and tenants to understand motivations and requirements, and arrange tailored property viewings.
• Assess buyers' financial positions and provide mortgage broker recommendations.
• Actively manage the conveyancing process by initiating surveys and liaising with solicitors.
• Oversee the referencing process for tenants to ensure timely completion.

Your Day-to-Day as a Trainee Estate Agent:

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers and tenants, sellers and landlords, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
• Thoroughly qualify buyers and tenants to understand their motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings that align with their preferences and needs.
• Assess buyers' financial positions and provide recommendations for trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Actively manage the conveyancing process by initiating surveys, following up with solicitors, and ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring that it is completed efficiently within an appropriate timeframe.
