Dexters in London is seeking a Trainee Estate Agent with a bubbly personality and strong people skills. You will build relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords while receiving industry-leading training.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers and tenants, sellers and landlords, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
• Thoroughly qualify buyers and tenants to understand motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings.
• Assess buyers' financial positions and provide recommendations for mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Actively manage the conveyancing process by initiating surveys, following up with solicitors, and ensuring documentation is completed timely.
• Oversee the referencing process for tenants, ensuring completion within an appropriate timeframe.

Your Day-to-Day As a Trainee Estate Agent

• Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring that it is completed efficiently within an appropriate timeframe.
