Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords.
• Qualify buyers and tenants to tailor property viewings to their needs.
• Assess buyers' finances and refer mortgage brokers and solicitors as needed.
• Coordinate conveyancing steps and ensure timely documentation.
• Oversee tenant referencing processes to complete within the timeframe.

Your Day-to-Day As a Trainee Estate Agent

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers and tenants, sellers and landlords, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
• Thoroughly qualify buyers and tenants to understand their motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings that align with their preferences and needs.
• Assess buyers' financial positions and provide recommendations for trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Actively manage the conveyancing process by initiating surveys, following up with solicitors, and ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring that it is completed efficiently within an appropriate timeframe.
