Job summary

Dexters in London is seeking a motivated Trainee Estate Agent with a bubbly personality and a drive to succeed. No prior experience required as full training is provided, including industry qualifications and ongoing support.

You'll build relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords, progress quickly into Sales and Lettings, and benefit from uncapped commission, generous holiday, pension contributions, and wellbeing perks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords.
• Qualify buyers and tenants to understand motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings.
• Assess buyers' financial positions and provide recommendations for trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Actively manage the conveyancing process by initiating surveys, following up with solicitors, and ensuring documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring it is completed efficiently within an appropriate timeframe.

Your Day-to-Day As a Trainee Estate Agent
