Confidential, a global engineering company with Northamptonshire-based offices in the NN8 area, is seeking a Trainee Engineering Sales Executive. The role is office-based with occasional UK travel and a company car/allowance plus full on-the-job training.

You will join the Southern UK region, develop skills across the full sales process, and have opportunities to advance toward leadership in a challenging, targets-driven environment.

Competenze

• Experience in outbound or telesales is preferred.
• Strong communication over the telephone.
• Keen to develop a long-term sales career.
• Willingness to learn and be proactive.
• Prepared to travel to client sites across the UK.

Mansioni

• Follow up on leads and make outbound calls to key decision makers.
• Lead generation.
• Assist with generating quotations.
• Attend client meetings with the Sales team across the south of the UK.
• Attend Teams meetings with potential clients.
• Support with quotations and pitches to win new contracts.
