Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided.

Expect lesson rates around £38 per hour and potential annual earnings of £39k+ at 32 hours/week, with higher earnings for 40 hours/week. You’ll train through our Training Academy and progress through DVSA Parts 1–3 with coaching and resources.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required to start; full training and support provided.
• DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training guidance is provided throughout the program.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points and no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers using DVSA guidelines and structured lesson plans.
• Support trainees through the new Training Academy with in-car coaching.
• Provide ongoing feedback, assessments and progression tracking for learners.
