Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required; full training and ongoing support are provided through our Training Academy.

Typical lesson rates are around £38 per hour with potential to earn £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week, or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. You’ll train to DVSA Parts 1–3 with guidance and local teaching within a 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points on your licence.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through the DVSA Parts 1–3 with structured in-car coaching.
• Deliver driving lessons once fully trained and licensed.
• Teach learners locally within a 30-minute radius.
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends.

Education

Full UK driving licence for 3+ years
