Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required – we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, including DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.

Typical earnings are around £38 per hour, with potential to reach £39k–£50k per year depending on hours worked (32–40 per week). Lessons are taught locally, with flexible weekday/evening/weekend options.

Qualifications

• DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 progression required for qualification.
• Full UK driving licence held for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points, no driving bans in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead driving lessons locally with learners across the UK.
• Assess learner progress and tailor coaching to DVSA standards.
• Maintain clear records of lessons and progression with supervision.
