Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, with DVSA Parts 1, 2, and 3 guidance and structured in-car coaching.

Typical rates are around £38 per hour, with earnings potential of up to £39k per year for 32 hours/week and £50k+ for 40 hours/week. Work is flexible: weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time, within a 30-minute radius of your area.

Qualifications

• DVSA requirements include holding a full UK driving licence for 3+ years, no more than 5 penalty points, and no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through the Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support, and in-car coaching.
• Teach learners locally across the UK, following our structured lesson plans and DVSA progression.
