Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No previous experience required — we provide full training and ongoing support, with DVSA Parts 1-3 training and structured coaching.

Lesson rates typically around £38 per hour, with earnings potential of up to £39k per year for 32 hours/week and £50k+ for 40 hours/week. Flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time, teaching locally.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years
• No prior driving-instructor experience required — full training provided

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers locally, typically within a 30-minute radius across 6-8 postcodes
• Support learners through the DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training with structured lesson plans
