Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with nationwide coverage and 500 instructors. We are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK; no previous experience is required as full training is provided.

You can expect lesson rates around £38 per hour and earnings up to £39k a year for a 32-hour week, rising to £50k+ at 40 hours. Training through the DVSA Parts 1-3 program is included with ongoing support.

Qualifications

• No previous driving instructor experience required; full training provided.
• DVSA Parts 1-3 training and ongoing support offered.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years; no more than 5 penalty points; no bans in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons once trained and qualified.
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Train through our Academy and provide high-quality coaching to learners.
