Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting nationwide Trainee Driving Instructors. No previous experience required; full training and ongoing support are provided through our Training Academy.

Earn around £38 per hour with potential to reach £50k+ per year at full-time hours, with flexible working options across the UK. You will learn DVSA theory and practical driving, progressing through Parts 1–3 as you begin teaching.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through our Training Academy to DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured in-car coaching.
• Deliver lessons and support learners as you qualify, working towards independent instruction.
• Teach locally and adapt to learner needs while progressing through the qualification path.
