Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy. Earn typically around £38 per hour, with potential to reach £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week, depending on hours and location.

Join a nationwide driving school with 5-star ratings and a clear path to DVSA Part 1–3 qualifications as you guide learners toward independence behind the wheel.

Qualifications

• No prior driving instruction experience required.
• Full training and ongoing support provided.
• Ability to coach beginners to DVSA standards.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners locally as a trainee instructor.
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends.
• Attend My Four Wheels Training Academy and complete modules.
• Provide in-car coaching and feedback to learners.
