Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK, with a comprehensive Training Academy and full training provided. You’ll learn with in-car coaching and online support to build confidence and instructional skills.

Earn around £38 per hour with flexible hours. Potential to reach £39k+ yearly at 32 hours/week, or £50k+ at 40 hours/week, teaching locally within a 30-minute radius. No prior experience required, DVSA Parts 1–3 prep included.

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructor experience required; full training provided.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• DVSA requirements to progress through Parts 1, 2 & 3 will be supported.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction under supervision to trainee learners.
• Participate in the Training Academy and complete in-car coaching.
• Support learners through DVSA Parts 1–3 preparation and practice.
