Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide in the UK. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support via a new Training Academy.

Instructors can earn around £38/hr per lesson and have the potential to reach £39k–£50k+ per year depending on hours worked across the UK. You will train through our academy and begin teaching locally, with flexible hours and the chance to start earning after completing DVSA parts 1, 2 and 3.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learners within a local 30-minute radius.
• Attend the Training Academy program to complete DVSA Parts 1–3.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to help learners progress.

Skills

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)

Low penalty points (≤5)

No driving bans in 5 years
