Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No previous experience required; full training is provided through our Training Academy with online learning, classroom support and in-car coaching. You’ll start with DVSA-aligned training and support to become a licensed instructor, teaching locally around your area.

Earn around £38 per hour in lessons, with potential to reach £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week as you gain experience and drive locality.

Qualifications

• DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 exam pathway specified in training program.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points and no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learner drivers.
• Guide learners through the DVSA exam process and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain student progress records and ensure safety during lessons.
