Job summary

My Four Wheels is a nationwide driving school recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.

You'll train through our Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2, and 3 with lesson plans, resources, and coaching. Typical earnings start around £38 per hour, with progression toward £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No previous experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving instruction under supervision during training.
• Develop teaching skills through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training.
• Teach locally within the rollout area as a trainee instructor.
