Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with nationwide coverage and 500 instructors—now recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy.

You'll train through DVSA Parts 1-3 and start earning once you complete licensing steps, with typical earnings around £38/hr and potential to reach £50k+ with fuller hours. Flexible schedules to suit you.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Training through our Training Academy covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.
• Flexible hours and ongoing support during qualification.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive to DVSA standards.
• Provide in-car coaching and feedback.
• Teach locally within a 30-minute radius.

Skills

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)

No more than 5 penalty points

Ability to teach and coach beginners

Education

DVSA instructor training interest or willingness
