My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide, recruiting new Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you start a rewarding career.

You'll train through our Training Academy, learn with DVSA Parts 1–3, and begin earning quickly with flexible hours in a local radius. Typical earnings begin around £38/hr with potential to reach £50k+ annually at full-time hours.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to learn DVSA testing procedures and coaching methods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours across weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient, clear driving instruction and feedback.
• Plan and deliver structured in-car coaching and dry-run lessons.
• Support learners through DVSA Parts 1-3 preparation and practice.
