Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

Training through our new Training Academy covers DVSA Parts 1, 2, and 3 with lesson plans and ongoing coaching. Earn potential includes around £38 per hour, £39k+ per year at 32 h/w, and higher with more hours.

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructor experience required; training provided by My Four Wheels.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners locally within a 30‑minute radius where possible.
• Train through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with support from our academy.
• Enjoy flexible working patterns across weekdays, evenings, weekends, part‑time or full‑time.
