Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We’re recruiting new Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

You’ll train through our new Training Academy designed for complete beginners, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured in-car coaching. Earn around £38 per hour, with potential to reach £50k+ with more hours.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train learners through DVSA Parts 1-3 with in-car coaching.
• Teach driving skills and road safety fundamentals.
• Cover local postcodes within a typical 30-minute radius.
