Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide, and we are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. You can start with no previous experience as we provide full training and ongoing support.

You'll train through our Training Academy to complete DVSA Parts 1-3, earn around £38 per hour, with typical annual earnings up to £39k for a 32-hour week, and you can tailor hours across weekdays, evenings, weekends, or full-time.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive locally (typically within a 30-minute radius).
• Deliver structured driving lessons and monitor learner progress.
• Support learners through the DVSA Part 1–3 training stages.
