Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide in the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

Typical rates are £38 per hour, with earnings up to about £39k per year for 32 hours/week or £50k+ for 40 hours/week. You'll train via the Training Academy, learning through online modules, classroom support, and in‑car coaching to complete DVSA Parts 1–3.

Qualifications

• DVSA Requirements: Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train learners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured coaching.
• Provide in‑car coaching and lesson plans under supervision.
• Support trainees through the new Training Academy program.
