Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required—we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy.

You’ll learn via online learning, live classroom support and structured in-car coaching, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3. Earn while you train with lesson rates around £38 per hour and the potential to reach £39k+ per year working 32 hours/week, or £50k+ at 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Train and coach learners through the DVSA framework
• Deliver in-car lessons and support trainee instructors
• Follow the Training Academy curriculum to qualify with confidence
