Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior instructor experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured coaching.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with potential to earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours weekly, or more with additional hours. Flexible hours allow weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time work.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points on your licence.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• You'll train through the My Four Wheels Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.
