Job summary

My Four Wheels, a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors nationwide, is hiring Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required; full training and ongoing support are provided.

You’ll train through the new Training Academy and start teaching locally in a typical 30-minute radius, with lesson rates around £38/hr and potential earnings of £39k–£50k per year depending on hours.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Train through the My Four Wheels Training Academy and complete DVSA Part 1, 2 and 3 prep.
• Teach learners locally within a typical 30-minute radius.
• Benefit from flexible hours and progression opportunities.
