Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We’re recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to satisfy record learner demand.

No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy. Salary offers typically around £38 per hour for lessons, with earning potential of £39k+ per year for 32 hours/week and £50k+ for 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Coach learners through DVSA stages 1–3.
• Deliver practical driving lessons to learners.
• Provide structured lesson plans and resources with ongoing support.
