Job summary

My Four Wheels, a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors nationwide, is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

Lesson rates typically around £38 per hour, with earnings potential of up to £39k per year working a 32-hour week, or £50k+ at 40 hours. You'll train in our new Training Academy, combining online learning, live classroom support and structured in-car coaching.

Qualifications

• No previous driving instructor experience required; full training provided.
• DVSA training through parts 1-3 with in-car coaching and lesson plans supported.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction to learner drivers and develop their skills.
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.
• Teach locally within a 30-minute radius and across several postcodes.
