Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK as demand grows.

No previous experience is required—we provide full training, ongoing support, and a new Training Academy to help you qualify with confidence. Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with potential to earn £39k+ per year for a 32-hour week or £50k+ for a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach learners across the UK in a trainee driving instructor role
• Deliver lessons in line with DVSA standards and training plans
• Support learners through the DVSA Part 1, 2 and 3 progression
