Boots is seeking a Trainee Dispenser to join our in-store pharmacy team in the UK. You will support the pharmacist, dispense prescriptions, and learn through the NVQ2 Dispenser training while building strong patient relationships.

Full training will be provided and no prior experience is required. This is an in-store role; remote applicants are not considered and UK work rights are required.

Competenze

• Desire to learn and complete the Dispenser training programme (NVQ2).
• Current and valid UK right to work. This role is not eligible for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa.
• Experience in community pharmacy is a plus.

Mansioni

• Complete your training for the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 programme.
• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring safe supply of medicines (ordering, labeling, dispensing, endorsing, collection).
• Work with healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services in-store.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to the Pharmacist as appropriate.
• Follow SOPs to support safe and legal dispensing of prescriptions.
• Keep up to date with store innovations and comply with processes.
• Support patients to manage their prescriptions and adherence to reduce waste.
