Job summary

Boots is hiring a Trainee Dispenser to join our pharmacy team in the UK. You will support the pharmacist, dispense prescriptions, and learn through the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 programme in-store, with full training provided and no prior experience required.

Role is based in the store in the UK and requires right to work in the UK; remote applicants are not accepted. Training and development opportunities are available within Boots.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Full training will be provided.
• NVQ2 dispenser training path will be completed in-store.

Responsibilities

• Complete your training for the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 programme.
• Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Assist the pharmacist and healthcare team in store operations.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to the pharmacist.
• Follow SOPs to support safe and legal dispensing.
