Vision for Education is seeking a proactive Team Leader transition into education as a Cover Supervisor in Durham and surrounding areas. You will support secondary pupils across KS3 and KS4, leading classes when teachers are out and delivering pre-planned lessons with strong classroom management.

For those new to education, Vision for Education provides a Cover Supervisor Training Programme, designed to boost confidence, teach classroom management skills, and explain safeguarding and school procedures.
