Fawkes & Reece in Shoreham-by-Sea is seeking a motivated Trainee Project Manager to start a career in construction project management. The role focuses on hands-on learning, supporting planning, coordination and delivery of projects on site.

You will gain valuable experience, mentorship, and a clear path to progression as you develop skills in project management, reporting, documentation and health and safety compliance.

Qualificações

• Degree in construction management or related qualification; apprenticeships or college courses considered.
• Experience on construction sites for reputable clients is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist project managers with planning, coordination and delivery of construction projects.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines and budgets.
• Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Assist with ordering materials and coordinating deliveries.
• Attend site meetings and prepare project reports and updates.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules and records.
• Support health and safety compliance across projects.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day project issues.
• Develop an understanding of construction drawings, specifications and processes.
