Job summary

Fawkes & Reece in Crawley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site operations for a Tier 2 principal contractor. You will oversee day-to-day site activity, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on multi-million pound projects.

The role requires a proven PM track record, SMSTS, and a CSCS Black Card. You will manage client communications, maintain records, and drive projects to time, budget and specification.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager.
• Valid SMSTS.
• CSCS Black Card.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of site.
• Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Carry out site inspections and maintain high standards throughout the project.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and health and safety documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and the wider project team.
• Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
