• Use drawing take-off software such as Masterpiece or equivalent.
• Produce cost-effective plans and solutions based on project requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Work hours: Mon-Thu 8:30am-5:00pm, Fri 8:30am-4:00pm.

Do you have a background using CAD Software? Are you looking to start an office-based commercial role with a growing construction business, with a company that will take you on and train you from the ground up alongside industry professionals to develop your career?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and expanding business, supplying and installing flooring across the new-build housing sector. Working alongside the Commercial team, you'll receive the opportunity to develop your estimating and costing skills while playing an important role in securing new business.

This varied role will involve working from scaled drawings and measurements to produce accurate plans and pricing, preparing quotations and supporting the Commercial Manager throughout the tendering process. You'll use Excel extensively and have the opportunity to work with drawing take-off software such as Masterpiece.

This role would suit someone with a background using CAD software, looking to start an office based commercial role with a growing construction business who will take you on and train you from the ground up a long side industry professionals allowing you to develop your career.

The Role:

• Working with scaled drawings and working plans to complete accurate measurements and take-offs
• Producing pricing and costing information using Excel-based pricing matrices
• Preparing and issuing accurate quotations to clients and customers
• Supporting the Commercial Manager with tenders and new business opportunities
• Using drawing take-off software such as Masterpiece or equivalent
• Producing cost-effective plans and solutions based on project requirements
• Managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday: 8:30am-4:00pm (37.5hrs)
