Marsh is seeking a Trainee Client Support Administrator to join our healthcare, protection and pensions teams in Birmingham and Chichester. The role offers a comprehensive training programme and a path to an industry-recognised Certificate of Insurance (CII) through an apprenticeship.

You will support clients with their employee benefits, process renewals, prepare quotes, and assist the consulting team with data analysis. A strong customer-service mindset and solid IT skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5 GCSEs at Grades 9-4 (including English & Maths).
• Prior customer-facing experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide account support to clients, including quote requests and renewals.
• Draft recommendation reports and gather data to manage client benefit schemes.
• Respond to client and provider queries within SLAs; maintain market knowledge.
• Attend client meetings as required and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
