The Inn Collection Group’s Chef Academy offers an exciting 12-month apprenticeship for aspiring chefs at The Seaburn Inn in Sunderland. You’ll gain hands-on kitchen experience, participate in 9 chef-led masterclasses, and learn from industry leaders in a professional setting designed to develop your skills and confidence.
