Job summary

The Northallerton Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, invites aspiring chefs to join its Chef Academy as an Apprentice. You will embark on a 12-month journey toward a nationally recognised Level 2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship, learning hands-on in a busy kitchen and benefiting from coaching and masterclasses.

You’ll travel to masterclasses, gain real kitchen experience, and develop skills under industry experts, while earning and growing within a supportive apprentice community.

• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Commitment to a 12‑month programme.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on learning in a professional kitchen.
