Job summary

The Inn Collection Group in Northallerton invites aspiring chefs to join its Chef Academy as a 12‑month Apprentice. You’ll learn in a professional kitchen, from butchery and bread-making to fish preparation, building confidence and practical skills while you earn.

This programme combines hands-on training with masterclasses led by industry experts, offering real kitchen experience, mentorship, and a pathway to a successful career in hospitality within a supportive team.
