Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is inviting aspiring chefs to join its Chef Academy as an Apprentice, gaining real kitchen experience and hands-on masterclasses from industry leaders. You'll learn butchery, bread-making, fish preparation and more while training in professional kitchen environments.

Over a 12-month programme, you’ll develop skills, receive coaching, and gain nationally recognised qualifications. Travel to masterclasses is part of the journey, with extensive training and career
