Job summary

The Waterhead Inn in Ambleside invites a Breakfast Chef to lead a section in our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail from start to finish.

You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams, uphold high food hygiene standards, and enjoy benefits including accommodation, a birthday holiday, and a 50% food discount across our Inns.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and commitment to fresh food environments.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service.
• Maintain storage, labelling, and dating of all food stock following company policy and legislation.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
