Job summary

The Angel Inn in Bowness-on-Windermere is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join a busy kitchen. You will work closely with the team to prepare high-quality dishes, manage your section, and follow recipes to maintain consistency and standards.

In this fast-paced environment you will collaborate with kitchen, front-of-house, and management to deliver a seamless dining experience. Training and accommodation support are provided where applicable.

• Passion for food and willingness to learn in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to follow recipes and uphold standards.
• Comfortable working with kitchen team and management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items and assist in all kitchen sections.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean station.
• Ensure accurate labeling and storage of ingredients.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and management for smooth service.
