Job summary

Metropolitan Gaming is seeking a Trainee Casino Cashier to join our team in the UK. You will handle payments, assist guests, and work across shifts within a 24/7 trading week, including nights and weekends. No prior experience is required; you will complete licence verification and learn AML/SG processes on the job.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid Personal Functional Licence (PFL).
• Numerate and able to handle payments.
• Articulate in English and personable in guest interactions.
• Customer service focused with a professional demeanour.
• Computer literate and aware of AML/SG policy requirements.
• Able to work various shift patterns including nights.
• No previous experience required for this entry role.
• Complete annual licence verification as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance checks and payments in a timely manner.
• Work as a trainee cashier handling guest transactions.
• Adhere to AML/SG policy and request guidance when needed.
• Provide friendly, accurate service during shifts across a 24/7 schedule.
