Job summary

Metropolitan Gaming is seeking a friendly receptionist to warmly welcome guests and handle inquiries in a fast-paced venue in Greater London. You will log calls and communications, ensuring courteous, efficient service while guiding customers through our rewards program.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, evenings, weekends and shifts across a 24/7 trading week, with an emphasis on engaging guests and supporting smooth venue operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, assisting with any queries.
• Ensure that all customers are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Explain the benefits of player rewards and assist customers to sign up, followed by demonstration of the player rewards journey.
• Receiving and logging telephone calls and other communications to the venue.

Main Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, assisting with any queries.
• Ensure that all customers are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Look for opportunities to engage with our customers, by explaining the benefits of player rewards and assisting customers to sign up followed by demonstration of the player rewards journey.
• Receiving and logging telephone calls and other communications to the venue.

Please Note: You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK

This position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling. Receptionists will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
