Job summary

Halfords is hiring a Vehicle Tyre Technician (Trainee) in the United Kingdom. You will undergo a structured training program (6–12 months), mentored by an experienced colleague, while supporting service delivery and maintaining high workmanship standards.

Applicants should have a full, current driving licence and a willingness to learn, with overtime flexibility and strong customer service skills. Uniform and PPE are provided, with extensive employee benefits.

• £24,825 - £29,500 per annum

• Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00, Saturday 08.00 - 12.00

Key Responsibilities:

• You will complete the Trainee Technician training program, which will last between 6 and 12 months, depending on experience. You will be mentored by an experienced colleague and monitored by the H&S training and compliance team. You will learn all policies and procedures relevant to your role including the Safe Systems of Work. You will be trained to complete the below qualifications
