Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) is seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Tyre Fitter to join our nationwide team. You will fit and repair tyres across cars, vans, trucks, agriculture, industrial and earthmover equipment, both roadside and in depots, delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• REACT Licence required to work safely at roadside and operate vehicle.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar role.
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent.
• Must be able to work with heavy machinery outdoors or in depot environments.

Responsibilities

• Fit and repair tyres for car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover—roadside and depot.
• Provide excellent customer service and guidance at the point of service.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.

Job description

• £40,000 - £60,000 OTE (comprising of salary, bonus, overtime & callout rates)
• Uncapped bonus scheme, including Overtime & Call-out rates
• Mobile role – Van, Tools & PPE provided
• Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00, Saturday 08.00 – 12.00

Skills & Experience:

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside
• Possess a full, current driving licence
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar
• Willing and able to work with heavy machinery and equipment in an outdoor environment.
