Job summary

Jago Consultants, representing a Crawley, West Sussex car dealership, is seeking a Trainee Car Sales Executive. The role covers both new and used vehicles, with a basic salary plus bonus and a company car, and additional company benefits.

The Trainee will qualify customer needs, demonstrate vehicles, and drive sales performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A UK driving licence is required, and you will be organised, well-presented and capable of excellent customer interaction.

Job Location – Crawley, West Sussex

Trainee Car Sales Executive Role:

• Previous experience within a selling based process driven role
• Must have experience of and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Proven track record of meeting objectives
• You will be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis
• You must be a good communicator and have great customer interaction skills
• You must be highly motivated and have a determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• You must be smart in appearance and well organised
